1, burrs
There are burrs, fluffing, and sawtooth phenomenon next to the font, which is affected by the temperature and humidity of the workshop; the surface tension of the glass is too large; the ink is too thick; the squeegee printing speed is too fast.
Solution: control the temperature at 23-28 degrees, and the humidity at about 50%-60%; flame treatment on the glass surface before screen printing; add an appropriate amount of 3%-5% filler to the ink; wipe the glass surface with alcohol; or Add diluent to the ink; the temperature is controlled at 23-28 degrees, and the humidity is about 50%-60%; appropriately slow down the blade printing speed.
2, sticky oil
The excess ink, oil stains, gloves, dirty hands and oily hands that appear around the screen-printed font are brought to the bottle; the bottle is placed too close, the ink is not dry, and the ink sticks to the bottle; the bottom of the screen leaks or sticks to oil; The jig is glued with ink.
Solution: pay attention to washing hands and replace dirty gloves; avoid touching the bottle body with bare hands and dirty gloves; place the bottle slightly sparsely, and gently push the pad paper filled with glass bottles into the furnace to reduce collision; layer of the backing plate to avoid collision during the bottle pushing process to prevent ink from sticking to the bottle; use blue sealing glue or transparent glue to repair the screen (oil leakage); replace the screen that cannot be repaired (oil leakage); use thinner Clean the bottom of the screen; wipe the glass surface with alcohol.
Bronzing process introduction
Hot stamping: when the low-temperature screen printing ink is not dry, the product is pressed with hot stamping paper at a high temperature of 200 degrees.
